Such a big girl.

So Etta's been doing this for a while now but I just finally got a picture of it. It's super cute and she loves feeling like such a big girl. She climbs up on everything and then kind of jumps and rocks in excitement. The only downside to this new skill is that the only way she's figured out how to get down is to fall backwards...so usually she just holds strong and "calls" for one of us. :)

Rough life.

Last Saturday one of Rob's players parents were in town from Chicago. We've had the pleasure of spending time with them before and were delighted when they invited us to have lunch with them. It was a special treat seeing as it was at Foundry Grill, one of my favorite places.

To my surprise baby LOVED tomatoes. She finished all the extra tomato that wouldn't fit on my burger. She was so cute just smiling at everyone as usual and pounding on the table excitedly.
We had to park soooo far away, lucky it was such a gorgeous day outside.

Foreign Lands

So more than a few people have asked me about some of my slide show pics, so I thought I would answer some of the questions.

Rob served his mission in Croatia. I was fortunate enough to meet some of the wonderful people he met while there.

Seeing as it is one of the most beautiful places on earth we went there on our honeymoon.

The site of most of my gorgeous pictures is Plitvice, and yes I took the pictures.

I have been heavily involved in Operation Smile since 2003.

Along with tons of fundraisers I also had the amazing opportunity to go on 2 major trips one of which was to Bolpur, India.

I was also invited to go to Davao City in The Philippines.

Lastly, we just went to Cabo on a fun family Vaca via Margaret...which was a blast.

As you can see I absolutely love to travel and hope to continue to...stay tuned, more detailed post on India/Philippines to follow.

I'm So Glad When Daddy Comes Home...

Baby gets so excited when Robbie comes home from being gone all weekend. Last time he came home we went up and played with her in her room and this is some of the footage we got.

It was seriously cute. I've been trying to get her to clap for a while now, then suddenly while we were at the volleyball game something clicked and she figured it out! No there is no stopping her, she does it all day long. Monkey see, monkey do I suppose. Now if we can only work on her focus...her feet seem to be a distraction in almost all situations. :)

Baby Beluga

Baby was being so cute the other day. She kept looking up at us then just laying down like this. Arch her back up, then plop down looking at us like...I'm so tired, do something. She is getting to be so beautiful and I just thought I'd share. :)
